The Val Garland’s team created photo-finished skin for her, as if lit from within, perfectly lined lips, a pale pout and extended grunge-glammed eyes. A commanding beauty that hair artist Stéphane Lancien accentuated by sweeping Cindy’s wild hair back, allowing the magnetism of her eyes to take center stage.
