Usage
- Do an allergy test 48 hours before using product.
- Use the Pre-Colour Treatment to intensely nourish and help ensure an even colour result. Do not use the Pre-Colour Treatment on your roots if you have never coloured your hair before. Then, mix the colour based on the instruction leaflet.
- To apply the colour mix, read the leaflet instructions depending on whether you want to colour your roots or all-over.
- Rinse and condition based on leaflet instructions.

Please contact our Consumer Care Center at 1-888-4-LOREAL for more information. If you are not satisfied with a L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème product, we will compensate you with a refund cheque. All compensation will only be paid by refund cheque for the replacement product. This guarantee is valid from October 18th, 2021 to December 31st, 2022 for Canadian residents only. Only products purchased in Canada are guaranteed. A single compensation will be made per Excellence Crème product, per person or civic address. It may take up to eight to ten weeks to receive the refund cheque. To be reimbursed, send the original receipt and the UPC code of your Excellence Crème product together with your full name, address, telephone number and age**. The product must have been purchased in the last 30 days. The 30 days are calculated from the date of the receipt of purchase to the date on the postage stamp. All mail that is not clearly identifiable, is illegible or is incomplete will be void and refused without further notice.
